All dry goods are eligible for return within 90 days of purchase as long as they are undamaged and in original packaging. For items that arrive damaged, please take photos and contact me as soon as possible for refund or replacement.
Shipping Policy:

Dry goods will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground services. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be filled within 24 hours Monday through Friday and shipped.

Live animals are shipped overnight when weather conditions are safe to do so not only here, but also at the destination point and all major hubs in between.

I use shipping companies, chosen at my discretion for quality of service and price, who can provide a live arrival and on-time guarantee. Shipping to a nearby FedEx hub is preferred, as shipping directly to homes may nullify such guarantees.

Shipping will only take place Monday - Wednesday for next day arrival on Tuesday - Thursday.
